Everyone knows that there's a confrontation between the sexes on who are better drivers, male or female drivers?
And as men are claiming to be far better at the wheel the statistics are actually on the opposite side.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's study dated 2004 notes men being involved in 27,000 more mortal accidents, more than 400,000 accidents ensuing in injury and more than 1,000,000 incidents with damage to goods, amounting to a total 1,828,000 more insurance claims submitted by male drivers in '04 only.
Furthermore, from that period the trend hasn't changed.

My dad just turned in his Ford Explorer and is looking to rent another car. He previously expressed that the previous SUV was a little taxing on his spine and also that the engine capacity was in excess of what he wanted… Now he's on the lookout for a 4 cylinder or a small 6, and it needs to be SUV given that he does mountain biking, etc… and it's the solitary capacious vehicle in the family, I drove his SUV some times to relocate things around given that I drive a Honda Accord and my partner a Beetle.

Anyway, the price range; it's unquestionably less than US $30k taking into account taxes and fees.
He liked the Mazda CX7, but it does not have enough bite, the Turbo version has exceptional power and handles great, but for the price he opines he could get something else.
He received a terrific deal at Volkswagen for a Jetta SportWagen 2.5L 5 cylinders… but he is concerned with dependability since our Audi A6 and VW Cabrio were regulalrly facing problems. I recommended that through a 36-month contract he shouldn't face any tribulations (as opposed to owning the Jeep Wrangler just as he had for about 6 years).
We also looked at the new Chevrolet Equinox, a pretty darn good car, you can smell quality all over when you enter inside… Dad also said that he would have purchased the SUV by now if it wasn't for the salesman was such a douchebag… I think inculing taxes it gets to $30k or so, although he does seem to be fond of the car a lot.
He drove the Toyota FJ Cruiser (4 cylinders) and said that it drove like crap… I could not inspect that one, however he seems to be assured that his new vehicle will not be a Toyota.
If you are aware of any agreeable drives that he could explore without having to shell out an exorbitant sum of money, your ideas will be very welcome.
